Civ IV Mod Request: Red Color for Rome

The fact that Rome's team color was changed to purple has been bothering me. Rome is always shown as red, in civ 3, the HBO series, etc. Could someone please make a mod where Rome is red, without bundling other changes with it?
I know there is already a flag/color mod where rome is red, but I don't like many of the other changes. Thanks!
