Civ Leader Trait's

¿Is ther any way to change my leader's traits? for exemplo, I always play whith the Aztecs but I don't like trait Aggressive I prefer Creative or Philosophical, ¿Is there any cheat or something to change it?

On Beyond the sword, you can play with different leaders but still have the UU, UB, and starting technology but there's no way before Bts.

All you need is text editor (wordpad or notepad will do).
