Seeing as I come from a country that isnt in PTW or reg civ3, may i request an EXPERT modder to create a Colombian Civilization?
Please, ive been expecting Colombia in PTW.....but it never got there, PM me if you can do the job. thank you.

P.S.-Reason why I need someone else doing the job- I dont wanna screw anythin' up

Don't be afraid of screwing up. Modding isn't that difficult, just remember the cardinal rule. Keep a working backup of everything.
