Civ-specific ranks collection thread

This feature has been added to the develop branch now, using the current state of the google spreadsheet (mostly - I made some minor changes). The suggestions are already geared for the 1.18 list of civilizations, so this is somewhat limited: I used only the Java suggestions for Indonesia, and only the "Russia" suggestions for Russia, to the exclusion of any Kievan leader. I think this is fine for the transitionary period until the 1.18 release.

Here is what it looks like now:

Of course that does not mean that the current lists are final in any way. You can continue to collect suggestions and improve the lists and we can update them later.

Looks great! I wonder if it'd be useful to add numbers (1-16, or maybe Roman numerals I-XVI for *history*, e.g. "VI. Ellalan") to the ranks so that they're more easily comparable across civs?

Those ranks do not actually show up in the hall of fame, do they?

I can't remember, but based on a quick google image search I guess they don't. Even so, it might be worth making it easier for players to remember what rank they got and compare across games in their heads if they want to. This is hard to do if you end up in the middle of a list with mostly unfamiliar names. But it's not a huge deal either way.
