I keep hearing great things about this mod and frankly I am a bit sick of the wide is always better emphasis on Civ VI.

1. Where can I get this mod?
2. Is there a way to play it but still use the default UI? I absolutely HATE the UI changes that come along with the mod.

2. Yuppers. Simply follow the install instructions w/o EUI portion.

All Vox Populi stuff is here.
Unfortunately, the current version (6-19-2) is quite buggy. The team is on it and we do hope a next version much better than ever soon.

For your first try, I advise to use the version (7-29-1) >> Vox Populi Automatic Installer
It's also recomended to reinstall a clean Civ5 BNW before.
