Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

I'll take the one from Poland please...

That happened to me a few times when I played with duplicate leaders and they were my neighbors. Same thing or only one Poland in the game? It makes theming museum really hard, since you have to guess which artifact is from where. If you have more 5 artifacts and maybe 3 are form Poland_1 and 2 from Poland_2 you can really start puzzling. Now, if two of those artifacts are the same, like an ancient spear....

I was going for a cultural victory in a Poland vs Poland duel game. It's it's even an achievement to do this, but no one bothered to test this scenario. I mean, sure, it's rather specific, but still. Hopefully they'll add colour schemes.

For me the hardest thing about it is when you want to get your final, theming artifact, and you have to choose between two identical names : P

It's the coming of RNGesus!!!

Makes one curious...

And beneath the cover is...

THE PROMISED LAND! (I guess)

And of course it is the only Iron in sight.

There's two iron under Tomyris' icon.

That said, I didn't like this game because the only way out for me was that pass on the left, so I started a new game.

I have this in my current game as well. Makes you wonder... should I spend time to launch a satellite out of curiosity?

I entered debug mode and revealed the whole map.

It's up to you.

With that amount of mountains and coast, you should play it out as Australia.

I really want an ability that lets me cross mountains or sail along rivers...

Thing is, there's no opening east of the mountains, and at the south is Japan, so I'm not going to be able to put more than five cities down before I have to fight my way to more cities, and the land's far too hilly for outback stations. Up there in the north, where I got several cities, it's nearly exclusively hills.

That said, I could post the save game if you want to play it out. If you explore the map you'll also get across that Icelandic volcano, idk what the name is. Discovered that when revealing the map.

City on the left is my capital, city on the right is France's capital.

It may not look that weird, until you find out that I'm playing on an Enormous map (Huge+2) with only one AI opponent. Then it's quite close.

EDIT: Huh, turns out you win the game if everyone else is gone, even if domination victory is disabled. So much for my "colonize the whole world without anyone in my way" plans.

What victory type did you get though ?

Well, it was to be expected in a way. It was either:
  • A one-man race (so basically a sprint) to launch a spaceship
  • Another one-man race to convert yourself
  • Another one-man race to... Wait, does the concept of "foreign" tourism even apply?
@Siptah What map type did you use? When I tried using Shuffle, I got a screenshot in this thread with 14 stones in one screen. It seems that this specific map type tends to cluster all of the same resource together.

It's Inland Sea.
After playing on that map for some time, I can see that there is something strange going on. There are lots of resources clustered together, as you say can happen with Shuffle (I remember seeing it there, too). North of the coffee are 8 tiles of cocoa and I founded a city that has access to 6 wheat. On the other hand, to the east of my starting city, there is not much. Lots of mountain ranges, but no rivers and no resources. In the south is (as expected on Inland Sea) lots of tundra, without anything on it. No forests, nor resources. Looks interesting to play it out though since some of the enemy cities are really great and worth conquering ;-)

Domination. A bit later I figured I could just click "just one more turn" and continue on my own to colonize the whole world. Now spamming Settlers and (in a few turns, when I have Feudalism) builders.
