Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

Time for a restart?

And if you send your clubmen clubbing at the seaside that's your issue.
I know right? :p

It did help once I got the slinger online, though. For whatever reasons, they didn't attack the city, so in the end, they were mostly just XP fodder.

Best intentions...

I guess those French missionaries came to pray for the health of my poor crossbowmen? If only they'd chosen to do so on some other spot... The crossbowmen would have actually lived...

Interesting CS borders

Apparently, Monsieur Vauban has completed his projects in Palenque and is sailing off in that French caravel, with a load of complimentary milk for the finest camembert.
In the meanwhile Palenque has turned an impregnable fortress of science and learning. Who would dare to attack a city state that has borders like this?
Approach at your own risk of being mightily schooled, ye illiterate fools!

I got the crystal ball tech?..

...or do I have some friendly walrus informant on those ice floes, ship-spotting and reporting back to me?

Bananarama. My first "Ludicrous" size map with Gedemon's YnAMP. https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/ynamp-yet-not-another-maps-pack-for-civ6.602050/ [edit - there were at least another 4 bananas further NW]

Looking at this fascinating screenshot I suddenly realized which form of government has been sorely missing in Civ all this time. Well, I understand that Ed Beach once contributed to the original 'Tropico' by designing its expansion pack. So there's hope... Penultimo, come! Bring me some edicts to sign! :D

Guess my Slingers won't run out of ammo so soon...

EDIT: Ok, now it's getting ridiculous. 14 freaking Stones in one screen.

I hope for you that you're playing with TCS's Omnibus Mod, which changes districts so that holy sites give +2 faith to stone, and shrines another +1. Couple with the quarries more faith bonus and you got truly crazy faith generation.

Nop, though it did give me a Colosseum in around 6 turns.

And later on it'll give me a Spaceport.

When God forbids people to expand (because you're supposed to be no more than a village in the middle of flat tundra), and only have the occasional deer around as distraction for the past 5000 years, sometimes they'd get bored and invent literal rocket science.

Apparently I'm able to summon a titan from ancient times to wreak havoc and destruction upon my enemies. Luckily I have an Encampment so I only need one Antiquity Site resource (the resource apparently being a place to sacrifice some children and virgins to perform my ritual). It even spawned in my Encampment!
