Are you using a Mod that alters the resource placement? if not that shouldn't happen if the Continent size isn't too big (and other luxuries on same continent should also spawn with the same amount).

I'm doing a map script but the resource placement code is the same as the fractals map. There are a lot of mountains so it's kind of broken.

I think just about everyone knows that, plus Rousseau never actually claimed it was Marie Antoinette. To be fair to Hui, he was mentally handicapped.
