Well Germany did invade the Netherlands under her rule, and coincidentally that's who they were playing as, so...

Actually I send her a trader early and usually that's enough for a good relationship but she surprise wardeced me twice early and then spend the rest of the game complaining about me not wanting to trade.
(Playing with the Expanded mod, which gives Germany very strong domestic traderoutes.)
