Eyjafjallajökull has never appeared in good locations in my games. This one in particular is probably the worst one I've seen so far.Least useless?

I was referencing a meme. The caption was purposefully the opposite of the image. Think of an image of a macho man with a caption "weakest Brazilian."So, that would then be the least useful to you? Least useless means to me that you have so far had many useless cases, but this one was the least useless (the most useful).
To be honest, I'd make one hell of a city out of that location. Wouldn't mind settling there at all. Plenty of food and culture.![]()

I'm actually debating building a city there as Indonesia can make pretty funny things (my first Indonesia game had a city with nothing but a harbour and 30+ population. Sadly I joined Fanatics sometime after that game, so I don't have screenshot)
You know, if you find petrol or uranium there later this can at least give you some food?...^^Least useless Eyjafjallajökull

You must have had the least total amount of the DF available among all the parties. In such cases the tie-breaker is the percentage of the total available DF used. Your one vote must have represented a bigger share of the total DF you had than that of all the others, so it weighed more.I mean, I'm not complaining. But why do I win the election?

This resolution is one of the guaranteed wins for the player with just 2 votes, as the AI always uses a single vote only and vote only option A and for themselves. I have never seen a deviation from this pattern.
I wasn't aware of this mechanism either. So basically it rewards you for having acquired least DF? Well, just when you thought Civ6 World Congress design couldn't get any worse ...You must have had the least total amount of the DF available among all the parties.
