There is numerous reasons for slow loading times. Without knowing your computer specs and your game settings it is hard to be of any help.
At first glance using that much HD performance makes me think you are using to big a map with to many civs for your rig. That is the most frequent culprit with slow loading times. I have a rig that is well above the requirements for even the largest maps, and still it can take 5 or more minutes to load a new game on the highest settings.
Post your Comp specs and game settings and maybe one of the Computer Geeks here can tell you more. Unfortunately I am computer illiterate as far as specs go.
