civ2 test of time

I was just wondering if anyone out here had civ2 test of tiime. why didn't people like it very much (or so it seems). I think it's a really good game becuase of the multi level thing. I thought it really neede it. that's all.

Most people don't seem to dis-like ToT, they just don't think it's that much of an improvement from MPG (Multiplayer Gold). The one that everyone doesn't like is SMAC (Sid Meier's Alpha Centuari).

just out of curousity do you like the multi map thing? I thought it really needed that. specially the midgard scenario. it's better in my opinion on ToT then on ci2 (which to my regret I no longer have) just wondered what you thought about the multi mapthing

I have TOT (Test Of Time)
I dont use the multimaps, I just play ordinary games.
