You have to provide them to the person you are battling. If you want to make them public you can, but you don't have to.

Quick rules question - are we playing by the MTDG II ruleset? Specifically, are we banned from breaking into the build sequence for any reason, or can we scroll ahead to prevent riots? Either is OK by me, I just want to make sure we are all using the same rules.

I've used the scroll ahead since CIV Assist II stopped working for me (about turn 90). Anyone else having issues with the program.

That'll help me quite a bit as we've got house guests and I wasn't sure when I'd have enough Civ Access get this done right. I'll probably play Wednesday night after they leave.

I thought I'd be playing tonight but the GOTM extension allowed me to go for my Histographic win and after playing from 1400 AD to 2002 AD (not sure how many turns, but know it's at least 200) since 1pm today, my brain is Civ fried. So this will have to wait until tomorrow.

FYI: For those interested, I ended up launching with as the Iroquois were completing the last 2 parts. India also had 8 but didn't acquire Robotics on the IBT.

Also kind of waiting for a reply from Chamnix on my offer, but I guess no answer is "no".
