Okay, basically having read so many suggestions I echo some people's comments that there are so many different ideas and different opinions at the moment its a bit difficult to get a good idea of them. So, perhaps this is something a Forum Moderator should do, but if people are ok I'm doing it anyway.
Basically, if you have an idea for a new thing in Civ4 post it here. Keep comments brief and to the point, can we not have justifications or arguments, just the addition/change in one sentance. If someone has mentioned your idea, don't change it or repost it, its more helpful if we have every idea just mentioned once. Then if people want to discuss it, you can find the Thread or start a new one for that purpose, this thread should be just a list I think.
Also, my suggestion would be that to avoid mass-posting everyone rerstricts themself to ONE change you'd most like to see (bear in mind someone else may have listed some of your ideas) and that hasn't been mentioend so far. I think this should be a handy organising tool, if people are willing to use it.
