Sabo, this is from the request guidelines post:
"DO NOT ask for any images other than Civ 3/PTW/C3C Pedia icons, as I will not use them for your picture."
The reason is that none of the avatars are a nice 128x128 size, and I have to copy them off the site, and then resize them, and they'll look all pixelated (and maybe squished) and like crap, and so on...
So, please choose a Pedia pic from either Vanilla Civ3, PTW, or Conquests. Remember, it doesn't have to be a unit Pedia icon, just as long as it's a Pedia icon.
