Civilization 4 Complete Edition, Problem.

Ok first time posting. I am a long time fan of Civs. I have a windows vista. I have Civ4 installed and today i bought Civ4 Complete. It came with one DVD. When I put it in I get a message: Colonization. Wrong disc inserted. Please insert original. There was only one DVD with all four games I thought. Do I have to unitstall my other Civ4. It hasn't loaded anything on to my computer.
Any help? Thanks

silentname: what exactly is the current state?
caja42: did you install the game already? if so: the autoplay feature will only run colonization you need to use the shortcuts it (should have) created in your games directory for the others.

did you look in program files\ or program files (x86)\ ?
what you describe is probably just a lack of shortcuts - not of the game itself...

Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I was having the same exact issues when installing Civilization IV Complete- But I got it now.

1. Go the the start bar.
2. Open the 'Games' folder.

it's as simple as that. All of the versions are listed out.

on your desktop click on my computer then on your hard drive (usually c:\) then on program files or program file(x86) then look for the subfolders you are interested in, e.g. firaxis games or take-two
