Civilization 5 Requirements

Can I play Civ 5 with my computer, if not what do I need to play it. (Besides buying a new computer)

@your computer: Buy a new one.
A single core celeron 2,2 Ghz and an Intel GMA 3100 are miles under the minimum specs.
People have reported, that they were able to play with really old computers, but most are not.
