As the topic name mentions. Does anyone have any issues running this game in sli, any feedback on how well it runs on multiple cards?

In the first few month after release we had a few people having trouble who had multi-GPU setups.
But back then trouble was frequent, pretty much no matter the system configuration.

The graphics requirements of Civ5 are relatively modest, pretty much any recent gaming card (upwards of ATI/AMD 7750, nvIdia 460/550/650) can run it at max settings.
So SLI/CF would be pointless at best.

I run dual GTX 680 with SLI. There were some problems with older nVidia drivers, but they have disappeared since I upgraded to the current driver (version 314.07). Old problems included (1) DX 9 did not work at all and (2) with DX11, if you loaded a new game into an existing instance of the program, some tiles would flicker. But currently everything works fine.

Awesome. Thanks for taking the time to give this feedback :)
