Civilopedia causes game to freeze

When clicking the UU/UB link from the normal version of that unit or building, (for example, clicking the Carrack link from the Caravel screen), the game freezes and won't respond.

Are you playing the 3.03 patch? If so the civilopedia is screwed by that patch...

unfortunately only either downloading the 3.02 patch from firaxis' website, uninstalling BtS, reinstalling it and then only applying the 3.02 patch OR waiting for the new patch which has been announced to be released in 2-3 weeks

My game just crashes to the desktop instead of freezing.

My game also crashes to the desktop when I click the normal unit from the UU screen (in my case it was the Indiaman, clicking the Galleon from there). At least now I know more ppl are experiencing the same problem. Let's hope for a patch then

Tonight I will start actual playing, hope the BtS bugs are a bit concentrated in the civilopedia

Yeah, the crash sucks. Does anyone know if Solver's patch fixes this?

I uninstalled BtS, reinstalled, installed 3.02, then applied Solver's patch.

Working fine now.

Does this fix the ridiculous wait time for blockading on huge maps /w 18 civs?
