CivWin Open SG

I would like to start an succession game for CivWin...or CivDos, maybe, I have both ! But I need your ideas to know how I should set it up.

Ok- we will play earth!!(thinks yesss!!! in head) I'd rather play CivWin, but you can let me know if otherwise. I would prefer if we made up our own names for the cities

BTW, this will not be open, and I need three more members.

CivDos is cool! We'll use that. I just need the other three of you to post here so I know what the deal is! Then we can get started!!!
Can't let in anymore players, unless you are a really desperate expert at this game...

Also, we should decide on a civ so we can figure out our starting location. I like the Americans, personally, or the Aztecs.

I don't really care which civilizations I play as because all they are are just different colours. Having said that, I usually play as the French, Mongols, or Russians.

DOS version is fine with me.
Any Civ is ok with me.
If we are doing the earth map and if people want a challenge, we could start on a small island (English), maybe.
I don't mind!
And I will make my own city names too.

I've decided that we will play the French at Prince, on Earth. We will name our civ the Fanatics, and name our cities based on whatever we feel like!
7 civs.

yep... that's 20, doesn't look like it though... lots of emptiness in between. The spaces in between indicate a snooze area.

Nah, I lost it. (pouts and turns away). Gotta ask you another favor: can you put me last on the list? I need someone else to start the game because a)I can never find CivDos files, and b)I lent my game to someone for the week. Please! I would really like it if Mongols_rule could start the game. Thank you, I have been out of it lately.

Conquerer posted above he lost it.
I think it's a bit of a waste of time to start a SG with only 3 players. None of you seem to be very dedicated so it won't last till the end. Just my 0.02.

Yes, it can be a real challenge keeping a SG open in the later stages.

We had a Civ1Dos SG going here about a year ago (see this thread ) and it pretty much fizzled when it became obvious we were steamrolling everyone - guess noone was all that interested in playing it to the bitter end. (I find this a lot in my own games, both Civ1 and Civ3 - if I have taken over half the world, have #1s top to bottom on the demographics, am ahead in tech .... time to start a new game, for me.)

Don't have Winciv, but hope y'all have a great time, and I will watch the thread
