CIVWIN Rescue Ideas

Yesterday I removed a critical game file by accident when cleaning .sav files. The game wouldn't load when Disk 4 would not read the last file WINTUNE.WAV. I kept trying and finally the disk read okay. I reloaded the CIVWIN okay. I plan to archive my game in case there is a next time.

Does anyone have any ideas how to back up and load copies of the four original 3.5" FDDs?

For permanent, byte-exact floppy backups, I recommend using a disk image program, such as WinImage for Windows or dd for Unix systems.
