Oh but if you only knew Blindside, the pain is harsh. I live in SE TN, where EVERYONE feels the wins and losses. Last Sunday, my grandmother of all people gave me a discourse on Arian Foster and his ability to see the hole better than Riggs.blindside said:Tennessee is painful to watch. They really don't get much going on offense and when they do it results in an endzone turnover. Tough losses.
I know! I can't understand how they can keep voting for a team that's given up eight offensive touchdowns in their first nine games. Eight! That's more than, uh, more than . . .blindside said:If LSU (and wins out) beats Bama it gets a bit tougher but hopefully the voters will see through the fraud that Bama is.
True. For Alabama to get to where they are is impressive enough. This may not be in a BCS bowl this year but this will probably mark a resurgance for this program back to the top.ummmm........ said:I know! Well, it's not more than anybody, actually. But still! Wins shouldn't count unless you break the 28 point barrier.
But with Closner out now Alabama is going to have a tough time getting past a perennially underrated Auburn team in two weeks. But if Georgia can take Auburn and Alabama can get past LSU Alabama will still get into the SEC championship at least, which is a lot more than could've been expected of them at the start of the season.

Then the Pac-10 is sort of the second tier.
It's tough to peg the SEC this year. I wouldn't put them up with the top three, but they don't really belong down with the Pac-10 either. And the distance between them isn't enough to make a whole separate tier . . .
But anyway, the ACC definitely doesn't suck. The fact that the biggies can go down to the also-rans is just evidence of the depth of the conference.
Monday's BCS should read USC (barring a miracle at Stanford), Texas, Alabama, Miami, Penn State. It might read USC, Texas, Miami, Alabama, Penn State, but that would just be so wrong.
I just looked at the BCS. No way Miami makes up a full tenth of a point gap on Alabama without Alabama losing.
Nobody said:Hi all,
If you read previously and although i nothing of american college football, i do know and play American football in New Zealand, which we call Grid Iron.
Last time i said how the team i coached was going to play, well they did and have lost twice. Anyway Yesterday it was my first game of the season. We had great victory 17 - 15. The score didnt reflect the game we should of got atleast 2 other touchdowns but stupid penaltys. One was because our receiver jason was running down the felid with no one to stop him and he turned around and waved at the people chasing him, and said "your cant catch me HAHAHA" so the ref called it unsportsmanlike and a penalty. Plus they got a lucky one right at the end.
I was on the d-line and really it was a hard game for us, but i got 1 sack so i am happy. Anyway it was great, one day i would love to come to the states and watch the real teams play.
heres our website if you wanna see people playing your sport on the other side of the world www.spartans.co.nz
