The solution proposed by the honoured Count Goddi is acceptable to the English, although as Buffalo is only a 3-population city at the moment, the release of colonists will have to be carefully staggered so the city itself is not abandoned.

I therefore propose that the first colonist would be released to the French.

It was not Piedmont intention to create interferences in France's Colonies politics. We are conscious and aware that Empire and Colonies are two different theatries, and His Mayesty Louis XV acts as he wants to be the unique master of French politics in spite of his loyal Colonies Prime Minister. After all, same uncle, same nephew... *

1) It has not been agreed, as far as I am aware, anywhere, by anyone, that all of America NE of Buffalo is French territory.

2) With your fort where it is, I have no particular desire to settle there, however.

3) That colonist and ship are from Buffalo, and will need to found a new colony and rehome before I can release the city.

4) I have no desire to settle near to French settlements, but I need to find a colony site for them on the Great Lakes system (for trading purposes). Maybe you can assist me to find a spot - or even give me a sight of French maps?

The English have moved.

The Buffalo colonists are still looking for a home. Henrik, how shall we swap maps?

The last of the Pretender's Scottish followers have been dispersed. Fort Abercromby will be ready for possession by 1719, but should not be occupied yet.

Rupert House will be ready for occupation after the next English move.

Guadeloupe is now ready for occupation by Spanish forces.

We wonder when Plymouth and Exeter will be ready for English re-occupation. It can't take long to rehome units just across the Channel!
