Yellow is Industrial, Green is Residential, Grey is Road, and I've reshaped the Island If you aren't sure what the blue indentations are.

If the bridge out and the powerline out have to be side by side, just move the power lines next to the Bridges.

Hmm, could you move the central road on my island one space further out in every direction, to bring development to the corners? Cover the newly vacated space this will make in the center with new industrial tiles.

Name it 'Iggy's Imperium' please.
