[BTS] Coming back but missing the UI tools

Hello all-

I have been wanting to get back into Civ BTS. When i played before there was an add on that massively improved the UI. I've re-purchased and reinstalled the game on a new computer through STEAM but I can't seem to figure out how to add the improved UI. Can someone point me to some help?

OK, i have found and downloaded the BUG mod but I am apparently not installing it in the correct place. I have the STEAM version of the game. Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\Mods

My recommendation is to install it into Custom Assets. No need to load a mod. The path you listed above sounds correct, but you will need to load it as a mod. That is the standalone installation. BULL is also nice to have and can be installed manual into Custom Assets or over the BUG folder you mentioned above in the standalone version. The DDL goes in the Assets folder, but don't overwrite the vanilla dll - just rename it by adding ".original" to the end with the ".".

Also, I recommend with the STeam version that you switch to the Beta > "original_release" version of the game.
