That was a challenging map (vanilla save). Thanks.
I finished a dom victory on T269. I cant remember the last time I had to go all the way to Stealth Bombers to win.
A few notes:
Started with Liberty 7 cities:
Stole 2 workers from Assyria which made me permanently at war for a long time but the AI has often a lot of trouble making real attacks in that situation. Dido attacked around T75 and almost lost my northern city:
These early wars and no access to wonders (being taken by Ghandi and Ramses) made things slow for me with a late T170 Artillery:
The AI teched well overall so I had to keep up mine to keep having up to date units on the battlefield:
My policies kind of sucked. I went Patronage before Rationalism and then autocracy but had to switch to Freedom mid way through the wars. Should have invested in Honor probably instead.
