Compability with the 3.19 patch

Anybody knows where to find a version of the 3.19 patch compatible with FfH 2 v0.41a? This one's got a warning:

that's the only one. you need 3.17 if you want to use 0.41a.

That is, the compatibility is the other way round. You need to make your FfH compatible with BtS, not your BtS with FfH.

Edit: Though you could always reinstall BtS, update to 3.17 and stay there.
