Compatability with Vista

My Civilization III game worked with my old computer, but not with my new one. I've heard the reason why is because it's not compatible with Vista. What can I do about that?

Many play Civ3 on Vista and Win7. I believe you have to run it in WinXP-compatibility mode.

Mine runs fine when set to run in XP compatability mode and run as administrator.

mine to i play civilization 3 complete on windows vista if your getting a installation error you might need to download update the scenario creator tends to crash with vista when you keep pressing delete rapidly like deleting every civs by pressing enter on your keyboard xD so don't do tht
