Complicated Problem

My game would crash after about 15 turns so I attempted to uninstall the game. It didn't work so I deleted everything associated to it. Now, the CD-ROM doesn't give me the option to install, it gives the same menu as when it was installed. The play button doesn't work, either. Please help!

Easy! Just browse or explore your Civ3 CD and run that Setup.exe file to install the game again.
