Confused. Whats the difference between Age of Ice and FFH

Whats the difference between these two or is FFH 2 the mod that is different from age of ice? Are they basically the same scenarios of can someone point me in the direction on the web that states the differences? Thanks...

Age of Ice is a scenario that demonstrates some of FfH aspects (as well as some of the flavor backstory).

FfH is a full-blown modpack.

I like FfH, but I didn't finish Age of Ice - I dislike permanent war.

Age of Ice is a scenario, while FFH is a game mod. The difference between the two is quite large, comparable between regular Civilization IV and one of the scenarios like Broken Star or Charlamagne.
