Very funny. I remember joke about Indians' nuclear program. One day a chief of Mohawk tribe propose to build a nuclear bomb and launch it to Yerevan, Armenia. All cheer: Yeah, let's do it! They cut down a tree and put gunpowder inside.The chief lighted a fuse and in a couple of seconds everything around was exploded. The wounded tribal chief is lying in debris and mumbling: I even can't imagine what is happening right now in Yerevan!

Sometimes, I wonder if political correctness has gone too far. Then I stumble upon posts like this and am reminded that no, it still has ways to go.

I don't understand how that can be seen as offensive or prejudiced or whatnot. But then, I am Dutch. It is probably instinctive to offend everyone because nothing is considered to be offensive (and self-depreciation is an art form).

For starters, why would he tell a 'joke' about Mohawks attacking Armenia? Then, you seem to have an odd idea of what "self-deprecating" means? Personally, I haven't seen many Armenians or Mohawks on the internet, but a number of folks who feel great about belittling other nations / groups of people.
