Oh well, yesterday me and my friend played online and it was running OK!. But today if i host a game and she tries to join it says: "connection to the host has timed out". Whats up? Whe she cant join anymore?

I told already that yesterday it worked fine.

Anyways, your problem is likely 1 of 2 things:
1) Your internet connection or hers is temperamental and ping spiking is causing the connection to time out.
or
2) Gamespy has a problem like it often does where no one can join any games. All people will get timed out when attempting to connect.
The solution is to wait for it to pass. Or if you're sure it's the first one, to get a better connection.
