This is the ICQ active list for finding games that is sanctioned by CivFanatics. If you are looking for games you should join this list. So go today and join. ICQ Active List Number 117709262.To join the list you need to have ICQ 99b/2000a/2000b. But it's not availble on the Mac. Below are step-by-step instructions:
Switch to Advanced Mode in ICQ.
Click the button "ICQ", then move mouse to "Add / Invite Users" then left click on "Find / Add an ICQ ActiveList"
Then it will say search by ID. You will then enter "117709262" and click "Next" Then click "Add List" that should get you on.

The CivFanatics list was never on so I started a list that has been on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a couple of weeks now. I called it the Civilization III Discussion Activelist which was also for scheduling MGE II games. There seems to have been some confusion over the name, so the name is just Civ II MGE Gamefind until Civilization III comes out.
It seems that some people who joined the list saw how well it was working but didn't like the original name (Civ III Discussion) and went and started their own list. This just defragments what we are trying to put back together. PLEASE everyone just use the Civ II MGE Gamefind active list so we can unify, otherwise it's a big mess. I have made Palehorse an administrator there too so you can contact him or myself if you have any questions.
