Constant Crashing, Mongol Scenario - Patch 1.0.1.141

After several small crashes, I am mid-way through the Mongol Scenario, and the game crashes repeatedly anytime I try to move to the next turn.

I would like to check.
I am starting the scenario myself and dont want to get stuck mid-game waiting for another patch that would fix the problem.
