Since a couple of people already got sent the solution, and since i think that it is on the hard side to decipher, here it is solved:

Well, glad I didn't spend more time on that, I would never have been able to figure it out.

Red Elk said that it is in theory breakable, although a bit counter-intuitive. So yeah, i am not sure what to make of it, probably not a very good code, mostly due to the small number of letters in it, AND the "Monastery" replacement for numbers of empty cells.
