Coresux: railroad vs. farmland 1670 AD

The terrain improvement plan posted some time ago is still valid, except that we can now build railroad.

Building railroad is mostly a matter of common sense so I'm not posting a detailed plan. This poll seeks to determine which one has a higher priority, farmland or railroad.

I'd would build both, but more railroad.

A2. Build railroad only

A3. A roughly 50% mix of railroad and farmland (recommended)

A4. A different mix than A3 (please specify)

B1. In the next 5-10 turns, build only railroad to connect cities (recommended)

B2. In the next 5-10 turns, build both railroad to connect cities and increase production
