COTM 07 Error message in victory turn...

Hi

In my victory turn, after the announcement, the following message appears:
" Missing entry in "text\Pedialcons.txt":HAPPY_RACE_Austria ". What should i do? Can i just add this line to the the Pedialcons as the one referring to the Hussards or should i upload the save file of the turn before my victory. Thanks in advance guys.

... all except where to put the file. According to my mentor, Space, it has to replace the one in /Conquests/Text, not the one in /Text/
