COTM awards decoder key?

I ranked 136th in the COTM5 game, and got a brown shield next to my name.
This isn't the first time, and I was wondering is there a key to tell you what these various icons mean?

Congrats Magee. It's the recognition for the lowest scoring conquest victory. You can see the description of the awards when you hover with the mousepointer over the award symbol.
