This Council Vote will confirm CivGeneral as the Provincial Governor of the newly created and active far southwest province. Each Council Member should respond with a vote of YES, NO or ABSTAIN.

This vote will close upon receiving an unbeatable majority for or against. Barring that, it will close after 48 hours or when quorum is reached, whichever comes last.

Thanks everyone for supporting me. This has been truly an honor being the Govenor of the new way-south Provance (Will be named the Rhineland.) Being govenor has been a dream to me since I first started in the Demogame. I never gotten the opertunity to run for Govenor back then. Now my dream will become a relaity and I would like to give thanks to the following people;

I would like to thank Falcon02 for teaching me the basics of CivIII combat, with the skills learned from Faclon02. I will apply them to my future as govenor to help with the military's needs.

I would like to thank Almightyjosh for helping me getting my start in the Demogame Government. I would also like to thank him for teaching me the basics of the art of Govenorship.

I would also like to Thank Fionn for giving me the Deputy Govenorship possition and helping me learn more about the art of Govenorship.
