Couple of Minor (relatively) problems

I've run into a couple of bugs/problems that appear to be examples of a promised benefit that doesn't take place. First problem stems from Industrial District. If I read the descriptions for factories and power plants correctly, the benefit from building such a building includes having the benefit extend to any of your other cities within 6 hexes of the city where the building was constructed, but I am not seeing that happen.

Second example is from a city-state. I am suzerain for Nanmadol, and that position is supposed to give me 2 culture points for each district adjacent to a lake or on the coast. This benefit might be happening, but I can't tell for sure. I would think that holding the cursor over the tile would tell you not only the number of each benefit (gold, culture, production, religion, etc) you're getting from that tile, but also exactly where those benefits are coming from. I am getting culture in the two coastal districts, but it isn't at all clear where they are coming from. In essence, then, I think this promised benefit may be working, but I wish the information from the tile made that clear.

The benefit is given to any city center tile within 6 tiles of the industrial zone containing the factory. Not city center to city center. However, power generation from power plants, if you have Gathering Storm, just needs to reach a city center, not every particular district in that city, for the electricity to be generated and distributed.
It shows up in the affected city as "+3 production from factory" when you hover over the production output.

Nan madol is the only source of culture for coastal districts, it's just the way to tooltips are coded. Most of the time districts only yield one thing, and the few exceptions (golden ages, some optional game mode building effects, nan madol) aren't worth their effort for the adjusted tooltip. To some extent this is just familiarity with the game, although the murky nature of "amenities from entertainment" is much, much worse in this regard.

Ok. Thanks. I see the error of my ways. I've played Civ a long time, but I'm in my first Civ VI game that went anywhere deep, so I'm learning.
