Couple Questions from a Long Hiatus

Hey Guys! I put down Civ3 for about a year but I'm back Don't want to put these all in separate threads:

1) What does "We Love the President's Day" do? I ferget


2) I just have the regular version of Civ3. Are the expansions worth getting?

1. It reduces waste in the city.

2. Only get Conquests. Conquests includes Play the World (the other expansion), so by getting Conquests, you get both.

Actually, if you get Play the world you get special Civ content scenerios and some of them are awesome so ain't a total waste, but yes, do get Conquests

You can download all of those scenarios for C3C from here at CFC. Plus, those scenarios that come with PtW might be outdated and might not work. If you want to play any of the scenarios that come with PtW, just get them from here.
