Couple Tiny Errors in 106.2

Before starting this 106.2 game I cleared all caches and mod folders etc. I'm not running any other mods.

Ok so the first little thing is that after allying a CS, I can no longer click on them to interact, I noticed this other person is having the same issue but he may have fixed it http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=438378

Also, Im getting a wierd graphical error when choosing production in my capital. Whenever I select a new production or change the production of the city, the small graphical icon next to the city remains blank until the next turn. It appears like I am not producing anything, but inside the city view I can see that I am in fact producing the thing I selected.

O wow, to add to the CS bug.. I just realized that not only can I not click on my ally, but that the game is not registering them as my ally. Well, I do have shared vision with them, but when hovering over the CS, it reads "They neither like nor dislike you, you have 0 influence" etc. Also they are militaristic, and the hover over says that I am earning 0 points per turn towards my free unit.

Edit: will post in some turns to see if they actually reward the unit or not

Ok so after clearing a barb camp quest for another CS, I got locked out of their diplomacy screen as well, so I saved, then loaded the game. I can now enter diplomacy with said CS, but still cannot enter with my original ally. After saving then loading like this, the diplomacy window is now bugged. When I click to go to the diplomacy screen, the window is about 1/6 of the size, and has no option to scroll down to view other civs/CSs. Also, I then went to diplomacy overview to try and get a look at things, and in the general overview (I think its called that) the major civs display correctly but on the right side where it displays CSs, it says I've only met one CS (my ally) and that I in fact have negative influence with them.

Ima call it quits here as far as 106.2 goes, I hope I've helped you to identify/correct some errors, Im goin back to 104 for the time being

When you click the citystate, do any error messages appear in the tuner?

Yes but I cant figure out how to copy text out of the tuner..

Alt-tab to and from the tuner until it works to get its attention; it can be a little fickle.
