Good work. :)

I see you have the good motivation to be a leader. ;)
The picture is maybe not informative enough.Well ,to help you out:

I think we should go for a settler to develop the terrain. If this is to be our SSC, we should probably focus its resources inward on improving just it, and let Olympia send out settlers to expand. This way we will get our SSC up and running as soon as possible, and start reaping the benefits.

This may seem rash, especially with the relatively few shields we've got with such a small city, but I say we make a start on the Colossus to ensure that we get it before the AI and catapult ourselves into an early tech lead. We can top up the production with caravans once they become available, but should start early for the best chance of grabbing this key wonder. We already have an archer and a horseman there so a phalanx would be pointless, and further waste of shields. I don't know why you decided to attach the horseman to this city - it'll cost us valuable early shields.

My thoughts:

Temple here. We have 2 units, so we are good there. We are aiming for the colossus, so we are going to need happiness stuff while we build it. In my experience we will have the time to build the colossus even if we build a temple, and then a phalanx after that. That will give us maximum happiness for wonder construction. We do the temple first so that we don't hurt our production. This is of course contingent on Olympia pumping out settlers. Colossus comes after the temple and the phalanx, though we could consider moving the phalanx in from another city when needed to get to colossus sooner, but we will need a temple here. Once we get to monarchy, our growth here will be huge with the wheat and the fishies. We'll need to have a temple to keep everyone happy.

Temple. We are some way off trade and we need a fairly stable city in order to build the Collosus. Not sure if we can sustain 2 units and a settler and have any shields left over to build anything

I think we should restart this poll with colossus and temple as options. I voted settler, but now I see it would only hold back our SSC.

Polls shouldn't be restarted because in the real world people would change their minds but it would still be too late. Also the settler could be used to improve the terrain anyway so its not all bad...

I actually think a settler is the best thing. It's a bit early to my oppinion to already start construction on the collosus. If we expand quicly ,we can have more city's. Wich mean's more places to construct caravan's to build the collosus.

Do you think i must move the horseman that needs support from the city to Olympia to let it be supported there?

I'd say no on moving the horseman. He has to be somewhere, and moving him risks him more for barbarians. We'll have quick growth there, so the production thing shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I voted other for temple, but settler is my strong second choice for Duck's reasons.

First, homing the horse here was an error, as would be building a Phalanx.

The archer defends the city.

Because of the dificulty level (emperor) we have no choice but to build a temple first, or suffer revolts.

Normally, I would build a settler, but because of the above reason, I would go with temple.

We need not worry about the AI till the "build" warning appears.

Well we would have quick growth, but if you look at the screenshot then you will notice that Duck has chosen a grassland shield instead of a fish, which allows us an extra shield but will mean that we will not grow as quickly as possible. I agree with AoA, we need the horseman supported in Olympia and we don't need any more troops. Temple then Colossus!
