CPU/GPU usage

Hi for about 3 months my Civ6 has crashed after about 100 turns. When i check task manager CPU/GPU are in 25-35% range. But the game crashes when power usage goes to very high. ive cleaned off my fans and can control with MSI Afterburner app.

do i need more RAM
