Hello All,
I've scanned through the forums for about an hour and cannot find anything on this issue. I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place but this seemed best. Recently, my computer has been restarting when loading a game that I have been playing for a while. No error message, no BSOD, nothing.... I'm starting to think that my vid card is failing. My gear is good..old but good..I've been running this game (Civ V) since launch with no major issues. The only thing that has changed is that I installed a new CPU fan which runs fine and I have no issues with other games. I've tried everything that I know to...hate to not play Civ. V. Here are some specs on my system:
Proc: Intel Core 2 Quad 3 Ghz
Vid. Card: NVIDIA GTX 275
8 gigs ram: Kingston
ASUS MB - P5Q-E
Samsung SSD
Nothing seems to be running hot...can't help but think this is some minor fix that I'm overlooking or my Vid. Card is cashing-out on me.
Please help!
