Crash at Mod Start-Up

When I try to start C2C version 23 from the "Load Mod" screen in BtS; BtS closes, the loading screen starts... and promptly crashes, Ive tried to redownload the mod, reinstall BtS, and readjust my screen resolution, but none those seem to work, does anyone know a way around this?
