Crash when using NQ and HB balance mods

Hi,

I have troubles using the NQ UI mod and Hellblazer Mappack --> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SSTwo-Fp9I60xAeA9yYrEKImi_RCMCRZccaO6ysxpEo/edit. When creating or joining a game using those mods, the game starts loading and crashes in the loading screen, returning to desktop and proposing me to send error log to Firaxis.

I tried reinstalling the mods and the game, I checked my drivers, my antivirus and my firewall. It would seem that the game can't acess the mod content, but I run everything as admin and the mod is installed at the standard place in C:\users\me\documents\mygames

I have no idea how to contact the authors of those mods, but I've been told they were probably on this forum. Any clue ?

NB: I run it on Windows 10, i can provide a msconfig and dxdiag file but i'm not sure if it's relevant here.

Ok found a solution on another thread. Problem comes from my username which contains a "é" character, it prevent Civ from properly accessing the mod content
