Crashes at Random Turns

I was playing this Huge Rhineland Hotseat game with mods. (All of Poukai's Wonder Mods, CCTP Extended Resources v8, Lindblum and Archadia Civs) It was running fine all the way till turn 302 when it just keeps crashing after i end turn. When i load into an old autosave game like maybe turn 260 it crashes as well after turn end.

My comp is as follows
8gb ram
amd athlon2 x4 640
