Crashes to Tan Screen during Turns (necessitates a PC reboot)

So I'm having this issue where every few turns my game will hard lock my PC to a tan screen after which I need to reboot the PC to fix.

Checked integrity of files, all good, only mod is YNaEMP, game is on a TSL Earth with 21 civs.

Happens in both DX11 and DX12. Drivers are up to date.

FX-8370
RX480 8GB
8GB DDR3 RAM
SSD


I've never had this happen with another game.
