crashes

I do crash. I get this error message all the time, then the game crashes.

Its refering to the appcompat.txt file but I dont know how to load it. Anyway I took a screenshot:



I've tried reinstalling game twice and it doesnt help. I figured then it was a memory thing and I closed dont a bunch of things, but that didnt help either.

yeah, its civ conquest as well and the crashes are evident in multiplayer when that "wating for player....." screen appear. Most of the time when people lagg I crash.
